Bush Fire Information
Council has a good working relationship with its bush fire brigades. 
Every year an information brochure and communication plan is updated and produced and sent out to all rate payers.

Customer Service Charter for Waste Water Services
Council has reviewed their customer service charter for wastewater services to the Dumbleyung townsite sewerage scheme.  Please click here to view the charter. 

 

Disability Access & Inclusion Plan (DAIP)

The Shire is required under the Disability Services Act 1993 to update its Disability Access and Inclusion Plan.  The Plan is required to address barriers to access for people with disabilities and their families.  Comments may be provided in writing, by email to the address above, by telephone or in person to the Chief Executive Officer.

Plan for the Future
Council's Plan for the Future forms part of the Budget which is reviewed every year in July.  The PFTP is formed in consultation with the community and Council welcomes any suggestions or comments on how the Plan can be improved.  To view the Plan click here.

Robert & Daphne McIntyre Citizenship Award
Applications open 1st September 2009 and are due in by 16th October 2009.  Applicants must be students in years 7 - 12.  The award consists of a $2000 donation from Robert and Daphne McIntyre, which will go towards education expenses for the successful applicant.  For information on how to apply a downloadable word document is available below.
