Under the Local Government Act 1995 (City of Perth Bill 2015 Amendment): 

 

A relevant person who accepts a gift which is worth greater than $200 must disclose acceptance of the gift within ten days of receipt to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), rather than in Annual Return.

All contributions to travel over $200 must also be disclosed.
