This register records all substantiated complaints against Elected Members, the Chief Executive Officer, or employees of the Shire that have been determined by the Inspector of Local Government. Records are retained on this website and that of the Inspector (available here) for a minimum period of 12 years in accordance with Section 5.96C and Part 8A of the Local Government Act 1995, and Regulation 29E of the Local Government (Administration) Regulations 1996.
